Luke fixed two separate issues in the property I'm renting on separate occasions. He replaced an old non working water heater and a toilet cistern in our en suit bathroom. He came very quickly after the job was lodged with my landlord and fixed the issues very quickly. He was very professional and polite to my wife and I and very informative about the job he was conducting. Those who do good work should be praised as usually they don't receive recognition for their efforts. Highly recommended.
