Very rude and unfriendly I assume owner or manager. She was not helpful or nice. Young man Nathan however very nice seemed embarrassed by way I was treated. Won't be shopping there and would not recommend based on this one experience. I'll stick to pet barn lismore always friendly and helpful

Outstanding service and care. Quick to get an appointment, they were on time. The vet was super friendly and caring, explained everything in great detail. The clinic submitted my insurance claim for me. And the follow up was awesome, even got a call asking how my dog was going a few days later. Just amazing, can't recommend enough!

After experiencing an emergency with my pup the staff went above and beyond to help him and explained his condition to me in full they were very understanding and caring to not only to my boy but to myself as well I would recommend greencross vets Wendy was our vet she was amazing and very caring 5 stars

Friendly but i had an accident there after shopping where I painfully hit the concrete after stumbling on an uneven rubber mat surface - still haven't heard from the company - its like they think that is not important and my injury doesnt matter even though i am a very regular customer at the Dural store

They don’t carry basic replacement parts for the equipment they sell. Don’t buy a fish tank at pet barn .

We recently had a much needed break in Perth. It was such a relief to know that our 2 dogs would be cared for in their own environment. They had overnight care and their feeding routine was exactly the way we always did it. Lee-Anne sent us pics of the furkids so we could see they were happy and content. Such a welcoming place. I felt very at ease.Very friendly and experienced Vet. Infact I booked my cats in to board there for a long weekend. Impressed with the Pet insurance I signed up for whilst on my first visit. Highly recommend.

Avoid taking your Pet here at all costs.We took our dog here for a groom on 13th July and what a mistake that was. When my wife collected our dog, she was very disappointed with her cut. It appeared they had rushed her cut to finish up by 5pm (4.50pm when she was picked up). Either that or the groomer was not very experienced. Anyway we could let that go, bad cuts happen. What made this experience worse, was when they came home and I noticed, not one but two paws covered in blood! Upon closer inspection, we noticed they had cut her nails far too short.When I spoke to Rachael about this, she was very unsympathetic claiming that dogs move and it happens. OK but this has not happened to our dog over the last 8 years we have been taking her to groomers?Please think twice before taking your beloved Pet here. $80 to have your pet returned with a below average cut and injured is not worth it.

Wally thoroughly enjoyed his massage with Mel, he was completely relaxed after it and napped most of the day. Mel was amazing at controlling Wally to give him his first massage and trust me he can be hard to wrangle sometimes. I would happily trust Mel to give Wally further massages especially as they are great for his health and Mel also gives advice to help me some idea of how I can help care for him.Testimonial from Wally:I loved getting my massage from Mel she made me feel nice and relaxed.
