5 stars isn't enough! Very upfront with expectations and solutions oriented. I needed messages from an old phone and TechHeaven were able to get my phone back on and walked me through saving my information.

I think TechHeaven provide an excellent service at great value and are also pleasant to deal with and timely in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Townsville area. I have had my battery replaced and my head phone jack and speaker. It has kept my older iPhone alive and well and saves the outrageous waste, should I had otherwise chucked it and bought a new one. Great work guys!

This mob takes ages to do a check on your device for problems. After that, youll be lucky to get your device back in 3 months. I don't recommend this company at all. If you have a Samsung device, send it straight to Brisbane. Youll get it back in half the time. Dont waste your time with this lot.

Great customer service includes keeping you up-to-date with what they're doing to your tech gear and excellent communication about the problem and how they will fix it. I cannot fault them. Bonus that it's a local small business that gives back to their customers once a month with free phone screen protectors.

What a great team. Deb was able to sort out our problems quickly and was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I are not tech savvy we were made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again guys.
