Occupational health service

A clinic for wealthy people only. They don't care that you don't have $90 to fork out for an initial consultation. The $20 price tag they advertise for low income people is a lie and is only after you do all the medicare work yourself. You need to have the ridiculously high amount of money to begin with. They clearly don't know or care what 'low income' actually means.

I could i would give them zero star.i. on the appointment letter, they say that they will be calling me any time from 9 -5pm. But they never called when they should.ii. one time they did call, i wasnt available to answer the phone. I received a txt msg saying tat i need to call back by 3pm. which i did, however i was told that my pyt has been suspended b coz i didnt call them back by 3pm.iii. I was advised some1 is gonna call me back, of koz no one ever did. so I waited till 4.50pm, b coz no one called me back, I called them again. Their call centre employee was outstanding rude. and he call me been rude. and rung up on me.

No Stars for this review . I went to Dr Cunneen for a Workcover Permanent impairment assessment. I’m writing this if you are thinking of going to him for this; go elsewhere!!! He negated to even write on my assessment I have scarring he put 0% even a 2 year old unskilled person would be able to see that . Every 1% on an assessment counts to the assessment total and goes to question his whole ability to provide a fair report if failing to write and provide an accurate report. This may be so he can keep in the back pockets of workcover. Just so you are aware. I have rejected this offer and will be going to the Medical tribunal as a next step. Beware !! Don’t go here for Permanent Impairment Assessments .Don’t go there very very bad they are working with worckcover and insurance.

Excellent service. They understood my back pain and how to fix it. One of the best, targeted massages I've ever had. Highly recommended! I'll be a regular now.

Took the great care of all of our arms, Nurse was very gentle, reassuring, calm and the clinic was run very smoothly.Our lollipops were a bonus.

If you're thinking of calling Max emp at Woodridge, forget it. They do not answer the phone no matter how long you wait. I've used the call back option before and they didn't call me back until the day after. The call waiting music is high pitched and upsetting to endure.If you go into the office there's no receptionist, so you could be standing there waiting to see someone for 10-15mins. Most of the employees are well mannered when they finally speak to you, but there's a woman there that will speak to you as if you're a small child which is incredibly demeaning, so watch out for that one.

The older lady working there once was lovely towards me honestly the best one there but then she left ☹. The best there now are Madina and the French man ( apologies as i dont remember his name)Had some negative expiriences with some of the other staff and it is very true, and I am not the only one who can see that the phones dont get answered in time and when they are ( required to wait up to 40 minutes on hold). As someone else wrote, blamed on the job seeker. Client for some time however not one interview was provided, although on numerous occasions asked for any type of work that I could perform or had the skills for. Jobs or interviews are promised by some however never followed up on or delivered.Manager seems like a nice man, however never had seen him or had one on one meeting with him. If you go to this agency try to be linked to eather Madina or lovely French man.

I got the help of John and it was a really good experience, hes always happy, energetic and super happy to answer the many questions i had, he was also very understanding of my situation and was very respectful and patient with me as i didn't have any job experience in the past. even when i had kinda lost hope and thought it wasnt gonna work, he always had some sort of idea of what to do next and it kept me going strong and committed to finding a job. if you have the chance i definitely recommend working with John

In my dealings with Kat and Max employment at Taylor's Lakes I have foundthem to be thoroughly professional and engaging. They are willing to do that little bit extra for you. They also think outside the square by sourcing different people to provide employment opportunities. Very clever.
