Thoroughly professional and super efficient-in-every-way removalists.And friendly!We recently moved from Sydney's Lower North Shore to the Blue Mountains with Laura organising our booking—she was brilliantly helpful, friendly, communicative and accommodating—and Jacob and Ryan (and later in the day, Chris) worked hard through the almost 12 hour move. These young men arrived fresh-faced, with lovely smiles, and quickly got down to business. Without a word said, they were super careful not to damage the properties we moved from and to, and they were very careful with all of our goods, securing everything carefully in their truck. It was a long day, but they were cheerful and professional from start to finish. A big thank you to the team at We Move You.I highly recommend this business!

Joel and Mick fit all our stuff into the one load (still not quite sure how), quickly, efficiently, and extremely well packed. They were also super quick and careful unloading, and great about getting stuff to the right place. Couldn't ask for more :)

Andrew and his team were very patient, efficient, careful and pleasant (as well as reasonably priced). They moved my elderly parents from a remote property in the Blue Mountains to an apartment in Wollongong - it took two days - and I can only say good things. They were so careful with the furniture and very helpful and obliging. Highly recommended.

I used this service this morning for the first time. The two young men, Ryan and Hyrum, were both professional, polite and hard working. They moved all of my furniture and boxes from storage, to my home. It is quite a distance from where they could park their truck to the house but no grumbling or complaints.Great sense of humour and very professional!!I couldn’t have been happier!! Moving is always a stressful business, but We Move You turned it into a GREAT experience. Laura in the office, and Jacob and Alex in the truck, were all exceptional. On moving day, the two guys were super-polite and considerate, joking away and really putting us at ease. And they were always complete professionals in handling our treasured possessions, a lot of which were antiques. When we arrived at our destination I made the guys a coffee and they took a 15-minute break in our front yard - then they made a point of deducting those 15 minutes from the time charged, which really impressed me! Thanks, We Move You - we would use you again tomorrow, except we never plan to move again, now that we've found our Dream Home!OVER 18 MONTHS LATER ... In spite of what I wrote above, we DID need to use We Move You again, after we bought quite a few pieces of new furniture. This time, instead of ringing around all over Sydney, I got straight on the phone to We Move You Katoomba - too easy! With COVID restrictions causing lots of extra paperwork, We Move You were flat out, but the ever-helpful Laura managed to fit me in. Once again, the guys were prompt, helpful, polite and EXCELLENT at what they did. I was so grateful when they assembled our huge new Victorian wardrobe - they made it look incredibly easy! Thanks once again, We Move You - we'll never go anywhere else!!
