I wish I could give Michael and BET Removalists more than 5 stars, they were absolutely fantastic. So friendly, efficient and helpful and they made the usual stress of moving house so easy and smooth. If we ever move again in future, we will absolutely 100000% go with them again. My partner and I are so grateful, they truly went above and beyond for us and we are so impressed. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

They did us a huge solid when they were able to come and help us move at the very last minute. Amazing workers. Would definitely use again. 10/10

It's no wonder why these guys have so many 5 star reviews. Bernie, Pete and Glen moved our items with great care and were very friendly. They worked hard and didn't muck around so we definitely got value for money. They are honest guys too! We had a scratch on the door and one of the crew pointed it out to me as he wasn't sure if they caused it (it was not them). A lot of people would not be so concerned and we really appreciated that.If you are looking for a removalist, I can only give my highest recommendation for Smooth Moving Solutions. Changing to 1 star.My wife and I live in a very small two bed apartment, we have minimal furniture as we only use one bedroom with the other being a study. Originally quoted 2.5 hours max at approximately $438.00. The mo ers were extremely lazy, there was always one mover stilling in the truck watching videos on his phone (who also tried to advertise his own moving company)As there was only one person moving things, he also tried lifting our 75 TV alone which was subsequently damaged and exerything was poorly secured in the truck

Had a large gum on the property fall, as they had done great work in the past it was a no brainer to get them back. They responded fast and assisted cutting down a number of dangerous gums. The price was very reasonable, work done professionally and they included a few value added services around the garden. Will recommend to friends and colleagues.

No issues, a bit expensive for a laundromat but I guess that's the price of Sydney for you. $25 for two loads of washing washed and dried with one of the workers transferring the washing for us so we didn't have to come back and do it. Staff were cheerful and friendly!

We are so pleased we engaged the services of, The guys arrived at their appointed time, they worked quickly and efficiently and delivered all of our furniture to our new address in a timely manner and without incident or damage to our belongings. We recommend them and would use them again if we moved.

Thank you to Rebecca and all the staff at Anglia Container Service. Our shipping container left Brisbane last week and yesterday landed safely at our new home in Tasmania. Their service was phenomenal. Replied quickly to all correspondence, the price was the best we found and they absolutely didn't let us down. Both the pickup and delivery truck drivers were professional and experienced. On picking up the container, the truck driver correctly guessed our container's weight. Then here it was a tight squeeze, but that was no problem for the driver.Anglia Container Service -is 5-star. We couldn't recommend them enough.

My experience is not from using their services personally. But from encountering the owner Ken today whilst trying to assist our friend in moving her house contents across two different ends of Melbourne to a self storage unit. Upon arrival at the facility, ken was blocking the entranceway to the unit with his 8T truck tailgate, fully preventing access to the building. When the storage manager asked him to move he refused. Upon inspection his truck was still fairly full, and items were still strapped in making it fairly easy for him to move his truck a few metres forward to grant access for everybody to use the front entrance. However he was prepared to flatly refuse this request from myself again, based on the opinion that three young women were apparently less important than his full time business, because in his wordswe were only weekenders"After I complained to his client
