I started seeing a psychologist at Ascentem..things were going well until the person I was seeing just up and left without notice. I asked to be triaged for another psychologist as I have significant disabilities and I live in the area of Ascentem..after ignoring most of my attempts at rescheduling they finally replied to an email saying..we'd love to see you but we don't have any available psychologists..but you can chase up your old one at their new practice" half way across town!! Not one iota of compassion and or "duty of care" considering it was not my fault I was left high and dry! For the nature of the organisation

Super welcoming and they're very punctual with handling any change in plans. Comfy chairs and water available in room as well as an all round a very spacious, relaxing feel. Love it here!
