Phenomenal customer service and outstanding products! My order was delivered much quicker than expected and was given a complimentary sauce as well! Along with being the best tasting tortillas I've ever had, they were very gracious in answering my questions around storage, shelf life and preparation. As has been mentioned in other reviews, they go above and beyond for their customers.

El Cielo is exceptional. Delivery was so fast and the tortillas and salsas I ordered were delicious. Previously I was rarely eating Mexican at home as the quality of ingredients I had access to didn't cut it for me - now I can see tacos being a part of my regular meal routine. Will definitely be ordering again.

The people at El Cielo were super helpful. Pulled up at the Airport West address expecting to walk in to a shop front of a production warehouse, like their former Port Melbourne address. This was not the case, you must order online for pickup only. Paula was very assisting and accommodating in helping me get the Mexican ingredients I needed. Thanks El Cielo and Paula!

Wonderful experience with El Cielo. IIllias really went above any beyond with his customer service, and the delivery was exceptionally fast. Looking forward to cooking up a storm with all these wonderful products while listening to some Los Panchos.

I love chillies and Mexican food. One of my all time favourite sauces was Tapatio. But then I tried El Cielo's 3 chiles red salsa and the green habenero sauce. The difference is night and day! The flavours are much more complex and the result is so much better. I can't say enough good things about them. In fact I've just put in an order for more and bunch of their other products.

Delicious products, very fresh. I love making Arepas and tortillas with the flour. Well done guys!!

So I googled Mexican shop and this one was the closest to me, almost 30 mins away. I full planned the day around visiting this shop, to get my Mexican chillies and make a feast of a meal for dinner. It wasn’t until I got there that they told me they were a wholesaler, not a store !!!! They must’ve seen my heart shatter into little pieces cos they told me although they were in the middle of a big order, if I order it online they’d get it done for me within 30 mins… It was done in 15!! And when I got home I noticed they gave me a complimentary chilli sauce! How is that for customer experience!!! They didn’t even have to process my order cos I just rocked up on their door step :( I’m forever grateful and definitely will be a returning customer (with notice next time). As for all the items I purchased - top quality, directly from Mexico and very reasonably priced considering!
