Progressive Process
I have had online supervision sessions with Lydia and I am happy to say that, She is very a approachable and genuine counsellor. She is also professional and experienced in terms of boundaries, diversity issues, ethical considerations ,legal considerationsregulatory considerations. Lydia did not just focus on case management approaches, but also concentrated on my work as future counsellor. This was an opportunity for me to reflect on my work and seek feedback. Overall I am satisfied with the sessions.

Andy is a highly skilled, knowledgeable & intersectional therapist & supervisor. I have deeply appreciated and benefited from Andy’s advocacy, knowledge & support, particularly in the areas of clinical governance & professional self care. I would confidently recommend and refer anyone LGBTIQ+ or allies to Andy.

Own Goals Coaching
Eric is just amazing!. In just a few short months of working with Eric, I have experienced what I can only describe as exponential internal growth. His techniques helps you to realize your strengths, you start appreciating you journey and achieve greater sense of purpose to be obtained. I feel more confident than ever before after Eric's Coaching!

The Indigo Project
Attended 4 sessions which always had technical issues with video chat, large portion of sessions were spent trying to connect to the service or being asked to book more appointments. Was told after 4 sessions that the psychologist was “not equipped” to help me and abandoned me in the middle of a crisis. I am autistic with dying family members and was talked down to like I was a child. I was very surprised given the company masquerades as progressive yet acts ableist. 0 stars if I could, literally made my mental health worse and I paid money for that, what a joke.

Apricus Health - Pimlico Clinic Townsville
I have been seeing Helping Hands for about 7 months now and have used both their North Shore and Pimlico facility. If you have any hand/arm pain, this is THE place to go for when seeking treatment and care. The OTs and Hand Therapists are very well trained and have a different level of experience when it comes to working with hands. I had ongoing hand pain which my original physio looked at and was able to diagnose, but when I came to Helping Hands, the OT was able to confirm exactly what was wrong (nerve irritation) and what areas were affected. The treatment and care I have received here has been excellent. Reception always replies to emails within a timely manner and my OT communicates well with my GP and Orthopaedic Surgeon to give them regular updates. They also have a range of supports available for your hands/arms/fingers (even tiny finger splints!) and treatment is offered with a range of options from massage therapy, heat packs, flexbeam treatment, wax baths and you are also given range of tools for ongoing exercises.Since coming here, my hand pain has become more manageable, and I'm able to go through and do more things than I have before. Although my treatment is ongoing, I'm confident that I will continue to receive a high level of care from the team at Helping Hands.FACILITIES:Parking: Yes, 5 carparks at rear of buildingWheelchair Accessible: Yes, wide entrance and no step entryToilets available: Yes, ask at receptionPAYMENT:Payment via Mobile/Watch Supported: YesCard Accepted: YesCash Accepted: YesWorkcover Accepted: YesHICAPS Available: YesCOVID SAFE:Hand Sanitiser Available: YesCOVID Check in: YesPrivate Details Handled Correctly: Yes
