Their post install service and manner is horrendous.More than a year down the track our pool fence has twisted. Upon contacting Sunline they just continually accused us of misuse which was not true. Upon further investigation I have discovered their poor installation of one panel to be the cause.I will be repairing this myself because I no longer want to deal with these people an advise you not to.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service from Mick and his team. From call to installation, they managed to get our job slotted in quickly and were polite and efficient when at our house installing some ceiling fans. Highly recommend.

I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off.I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives.Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.

The other day I went to Bunnings Pakenham to pick up a replacement gas bottle. I walked into the store with the empty bottle, and a lady at the service desk immediately on my left shouted at me at the top of her voice, take that out of here now

I absolutely love Bunnings, I’ve been a loyal customer across the country for over 14years. However the Clarkson branch in WA is absolutely terrible, firstly as a personal observation, there is no diversity, 99.99% of the staff are white, secondly I always feel a tremendous sense of dissatisfaction dealing with arrogant and disrespectful staff, particularly from the young ladies at the counters/service desk. I have had to return items a few times as a result of bad advice from staff, with a latest one being tiles. I got assistance to purchase outdoor tiles only to realise that I had purchased indoor tiles when the tiler was ready commence work. Upon returning the tiles, I was given the run around when I noted the credit voucher had a slightly different “lower” amount compared to the initial purchase price despite showing them pictures I had taken a while back during the initial purchase (difference of $68 to my disadvantage) The overly immature no customer service young ladies at the service desk refused to listen when I presented the old receipt showing actual values, told me some bull dust story that Bunnings does not refund figures once a credit voucher has been issued. I asked to speak to a manager who was quite helpful and issued my full refund - the manager was Polynesian in appearance. although I appreciated the refund, I got no apologies from the other 2 vile young ladies.

Product does everything it was advertised to do. Very happy with purchase and delivery process. 5 star!

Peaceful setting. Many items on regular display to explore. Hidden gem in Fyshwick.I visited friends' exhibition there and was very impressed with the gallery. The displays were beautifully organised not to mention the paintings and sculptures of the presenting artists. I will definitely visit this place again to check on antiques and to explore future exhibitions even if it's a bit too far away from where I live. It's definitely worth it.

The most BEAUTIFUL shop I've ever been in, exactly what Chapel St needed. Staff are all amazing, and the cafe is delish. Definitely my new local!

Very disappointed for buying a Brand new sofa full price with strong formaldehyde smell.We have been requested after one week to ask for exchange or refund.This premium" brand arrange the furniture detective wearing short to smell with his nose after more than one month and only stay for 2 minutes and said he didn't smell anything and left.No follow up and we have to request via the website and wait for someone reply.Can't believe this is freedom.I have bought a lot of freedom furnitures for years and all very good until this time. After another month waiting
