I was unfortunately let down by another lighting supplier during the close out of a renovation project and was desperately trying to source another pendant light similar to the original one that I had selected for above a kitchen island. This is when I came across SMITH&SMITH. Gavin and Erika went above and beyond to source me a similar pendant light that was in stock (turns out it was actually even better than the original). It was delivered earlier than expected and is of extremely great quality. I have received so many compliments on the pendant and have since referred a bunch of people to SMITH&SMITH. Their customer service is next level, and the quality and design of the pendants are outstanding. Very very impressed.

Our experience with Erika & Gavin was nothing less than fantastic. Every question, no matter how small, we asked was responded to asap, even over weekends, and the light was perfect for the kitchen space. Understated, effective and lovely to look at. It was very challenging purchasing every house fixture through COVID lockdowns over the internet but dealing with Erika & Gavin made it so much easier. Thank you for your help and love your lights!

Awesome customer service. Very personable and informative service from Gavin. Called them and spoke with him directly for advice and he emailed a quote and promptly express posted out a colour sample in the mail.

It was a pleasure dealing with Gavin & Erika during the purchase of light. We actually purchased our Australian Timber linear pendant light a great many months ago whilst we awaited our new house to be completed. Gavin offered to hold the light for us at their warehouse completely free of charge until we were ready to receive the light. It was then promptly delivered when the time came for installation. This type of service as well as the great advice we received during our purchase is what sets Smith & Smith apart from similar businesses. We will be looking to purchase additional lighting for our new house soon and will look no further than Smith & Smith.

After looking long and hard for lighting that was not cookie cutter I found Smith & Smith. So many options that we could have gone with for our new kitchen/dining reno it was hard to choose one.
