Absolutely shocking!! Promised to refund my deposit during lockdown when I was stood down in September 2021 and to date have NEVER received it! They don’t respond to me and even lied to Fair Trading about refunding my money and STILL NOTHING!! Disgusting and shameful people - I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing that!

I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off.I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives.Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again.

Highly recommended. From our first meeting Alex quickly understood what we were aiming for in a complete renovation of our small investment flat, including total kitchen and bathroom replacement. He was able to make recommendations which suited our needs perfectly, then carried out all works at an excellent standard and nothing was too much effort. The job was completed at the quoted price despite some extra work required, and the small finishing touches Alex added at no cost just emphasised his commitment to ensuring a quality result. The flat was let to a quality tenant the first weekend it was advertised and at a higher rent than I had hoped to achieve.
