I'm one of their resellers and these guys have set an extremely high bar as to how a supplier should operate. In the entire time I've dealt with their products I've had zero complaints about the quality. Open, honest blokes with a degree of integrity sadly lacking in other businesses. Outstanding processing speed and nothing is ever an issue for them.
