Only booked bassinet after we arrived home with our baby and due to emergency c section decided to rent one last minute. Was very quick to offer us alternative solutions to picking up the bassinet when it could not be delivered for another week. We were Very lucky to be able to squeeze it into the car (normal Hyundai sedan) but had to remove car seat and scrapped the roof of the car on the inside. So be careful if you are trying to for it yourself, recommend waiting for them to deliver it! Pick up was a few days early due to location but our baby had pretty much grown out of it (even though we were still using it) so have now transitioned her to the cot. Marianne was super easy to deal with and fast to respond and returned phone calls almost instantly. Would recommend if you need the service! Note that the baby will likely be getting too big by the 8 week mark (obviously depending on your baby), our girl started getting too big around 4.5kg give or take, she was long enough to be kicking the ends and hands punching the sides. Thanks again!!

Excellent communication, providing information about machines before and during hire. Responsive to emails.Machine worked well.Staff very nice.Would definitely use again if needed to hire a machine

Didn't hire anything pumped porta loos

I recently hired scaffolding for a painting project, Warren went out his way to help me find right scaffolding for project. All the team were friendly and helpful with my questions. Delivery and pick up was easy, and cost to hire was very reasonable. Would recommend to hire from here.

This is the worst rental business that I have ever seen. Not only do they rent out faulty products but if you try and contact them about it they block you're phone number, emails and refuse to speak to you.

From first contacting the team at Grit hire through to picking up and returning the equipment the communication was excellent, if there was a change to anything I was notified promptly and provided with an outcome that worked. Their machines that were provided were well maintained, clean and priced very well. Overall it was a great experience with outstanding customer service.
