Rachel was extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing as she fit our car seat. She explained how to best use the seat when strapping in and unbuckling including tips about how to check it fits correctly. She also explained how to adjust the harness height as our little person grows. Safety is our number one concern, and this service ticked that box as well as representing excellent value. She explained the processes she uses and I felt very comfortable and confident with having my pram and bassinet cleaned by her ...... and then I collected the cleaned items. What can I say except, she is a magician. What had been a filthy second hand pram and bassinet now looks brand new. I hired the Elle TENS machine. The hire was so simple and easy with Rachael. She was communicative and wonderful to organise pick-up with. The TENS was absolutely fantastic and I achieved the natural birth I had dreamt of- in under 4 hours. If you are giving birth you NEED to hire an Elle TENS machine!

I was able to book in with Rachael very last minute on Thursday and she was incredible.Not only the service of the installation of our car seat but all the valuable information she was able to provide was above and beyond what I thought I would get. Rachael from Hire for Baby Redlands has been amazing. I have both hired a capsule and purchased car seats through Rachael and she has always been friendly and professional. She is very thorough with car fittings and provided heaps of hints and tips for things to look out for for ongoing maintenance of the capsule / car seats.
