Bicycle repair shop

I'm not a bike kinda guy (as we know them to be in 2018...) but like most people I have 1 or 2 in my house at least...One of them was my last bike purchase (about 3 years ago?) which both sat unused for 2 years and moved from Perth to Cairns because I felt it was 'Just too good to leave behind and I'll pump up the tyres one day and she'll be 'good to go' again...Josh took the resurrection and service and repair of my (<$500) bicycle off my hands and had it back same day....safe, serviced and ready to go...it's way too easy at Ride-On to get back on ur bike - literally.Highly recommend this to anyone who has a bike that they either use daily or occasionally AND esp. ur kids bikes to make sure they are safe....just the same as we get our cars serviced, our bikes should be too.Thanks Josh...awesome.

If you are looking for bike related advice or servicing best to go elsewhere. Servicing is costly and pretty average, have had major parts ($200 or more) replaced without being contacted or asked if I wish to go ahead. Poor advice and knowledge in anything mountain bike related. Honestly just come here for a laugh now. Nice road frames tho

Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me.Cons:- After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock.- My patience is wasted.- The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses.- 5 items ordered and 2 items came.- Giving you false hope.Pros:- At least they partially refund the item and apologise.Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away.

I've had number of interactions with 99Bikes at Nailsworth, mainly with Josh in service. I really can't recommend him and all the crew enough. Nothing is a problem and often any work has been done on the spot if required. Very good pricing on work and very chilled atmosphere. As an older rider, it's great to have somewhere to go where people listen and do their best to make your riding experience 100%.

Got a wheel rebuilt here. Not something many bike shops do anymore but no problem at all for Joel, no fuss, good service, only took a few days and reasonable price. Very happy

Song came to my house and packed my bike ready for travel. He was polite, efficient and he went the extra mile. What I thought was going to be really stressful was so, so easy. Thank you, Song!

It's the wrong addres

Thx Jasmin for your maintenance service last month. My bike is now back to life, and I can ride to perth and enjoy my weekends.

Very worst service. I visited this place at 4PM & the store was closed however it was supposed to be closed at 5PM. I called customer service he was rude and hanging up phone on me. 1st he said store manager might be on a break than he said he is not able to get in touch with him. After that he blamed me that I do not have appointment and told me to come on Monday. I stood their and took the appointment of 4:15PM got the Email from them confirming my appointment.. They confirmed the appointment still no one came. I recommend not to visit this place. They are not professional.

The Best vintage Bicycle Shop in Melbourne is Mottainai Cycles. They specialise in building and restoring custom bikes and vintage bikes. Their prices are also very reasonable, they can build you a beautiful high quality custom retro bike for only around $800 to 1000! I love this shop.
