I had a great time studying my diploma of specialist makeup at Academy of design, the team are so enthusiastic when it comes to creativity, love organizing events and showcasing the skills of students. The trainers are amazing and overall it is a friendly, fun environment.

Great course to do as refresher for my CPR and really good that the first aid is all inclusive, very convenient as well to not have to drive to a major town when you live rural.Very handy when you are time poor busy working mum, helps so much.Really user friendly content on the learning portal.Marcel very helpful and happy to answer any questions and delivered in a timely and very professional manner.Will recommend this course to others

I could i would give them zero star.i. on the appointment letter, they say that they will be calling me any time from 9 -5pm. But they never called when they should.ii. one time they did call, i wasnt available to answer the phone. I received a txt msg saying tat i need to call back by 3pm. which i did, however i was told that my pyt has been suspended b coz i didnt call them back by 3pm.iii. I was advised some1 is gonna call me back, of koz no one ever did. so I waited till 4.50pm, b coz no one called me back, I called them again. Their call centre employee was outstanding rude. and he call me been rude. and rung up on me.

Be advised when dealing with Harold Baldry he is a very rude and unprofessional man. For someone who hold a managerial position with HBA learning centre I know this is a poor and unexpected behaviour from RTO manager. HBA should be ashamed with letting Harold Baldry deal with any students in past and future. I will never deal this RTo again because of his unprofessional attitude towards clients. Dealings with HBA was very poor and unprofessional from start to finish. Recommend to stay clear of this RTO much better organisation out there.

Thanks Jenna, Colin and Sam for helping me get my HR licence today. What a great team. Jenna is awesome, was so helpful in the beginning getting me booked in and started and keeping me informed with any changes and following up throughout (guys you need to keep her satisfied to keep her around she is an asset to your company). Colin and Sam what can I say.. Great teacher's and no bull with these guys, so calm, cool and professional but can have a laugh. Made the experience seem smooth and easy, and saved me from a divorce. Would highly recommend these guys.

If you're thinking of calling Max emp at Woodridge, forget it. They do not answer the phone no matter how long you wait. I've used the call back option before and they didn't call me back until the day after. The call waiting music is high pitched and upsetting to endure.If you go into the office there's no receptionist, so you could be standing there waiting to see someone for 10-15mins. Most of the employees are well mannered when they finally speak to you, but there's a woman there that will speak to you as if you're a small child which is incredibly demeaning, so watch out for that one.

The older lady working there once was lovely towards me honestly the best one there but then she left ☹. The best there now are Madina and the French man ( apologies as i dont remember his name)Had some negative expiriences with some of the other staff and it is very true, and I am not the only one who can see that the phones dont get answered in time and when they are ( required to wait up to 40 minutes on hold). As someone else wrote, blamed on the job seeker. Client for some time however not one interview was provided, although on numerous occasions asked for any type of work that I could perform or had the skills for. Jobs or interviews are promised by some however never followed up on or delivered.Manager seems like a nice man, however never had seen him or had one on one meeting with him. If you go to this agency try to be linked to eather Madina or lovely French man.

I got the help of John and it was a really good experience, hes always happy, energetic and super happy to answer the many questions i had, he was also very understanding of my situation and was very respectful and patient with me as i didn't have any job experience in the past. even when i had kinda lost hope and thought it wasnt gonna work, he always had some sort of idea of what to do next and it kept me going strong and committed to finding a job. if you have the chance i definitely recommend working with John
