RAM Training Services

I undertook the Training and Assessment Certificate with RAM Training Services, and found their staff to be very professional and eager to help. Following the five days of in-person classes at their Gold Coast location, I completed the assessments at home in my own time, using their straight-forward online webinars and office support, when necessary. Earning the certificate has created new opportunities in my field and I recommend their services highly.

I completed my Trainer and Assessor course with Ram and highly recommend studying with them. The face to face component was very professional and facilitated in a way that was easy to digest the information. The course was challenging but the online resources and support was amazing and made it achievable.

I recently completed my Certificate IV in TAE and I can say it was a rewarding experience. As a mother and a full-time worker, I had to find time between managing my work, my course and my daughter. Besides all the time constraint I really felt supported and engaged to complete the course. The content is relevant with the industry, the work book was easy to follow. The part that I enjoyed the most were doing the presentations. It has helped me gain more confidence in public speaking and also in creating content that is engaging and relevant for the public watching the presentation. Thank you so much team

I started the TAE 40116 ( Training and Assessment) at Queensland TAFE, earlier this year; what a waste of time, money and effort. The facilitators were average, I guess due to the large classes. I was locked into zoom meeting twice a week, for hours. The big issue no FLEXIBILITY. With a busy lifestyle this is a MUST HAVE for any RTO'S. The polar opposite was RAM training. The intense F2F was challenging however the return from the outset was obvious. The facilitator (Robyn) was professional, pragmatic and practical. Like in any workplace, team work is the key. She used the collective experience of the learners to make understanding, just that bit easier. I have referred my colleagues to RAM training, in particular the F2F program. If your considering doing this course, you'd be nuts to go elsewhere!

Recently completed CERT IV in TAE, and would well and truly say go with RAM for the training. All staff are professional and able to assist, and follow up to make sure you are on track. Chris was great, engaged the class (zoom) and relates the content to the industry you work in, knows what he's talking about and offers the support needed. Both Chris and Marc provided great feedback and encouragement in the presentation sessions. Kelly was supportive and followed up progress and touched base to see how things were going for completion. Highly recommend RAM Training Services!As someone who hasn't studied for nearly 15 years, or had a career that is academic based, these guys made studying the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment a much easier process for me than I originally anticipated! We had Chris as our trainer and his experience, knowledge and patience makes the cost worth while.Definitely recommend the 5 day workshop add on, as it's a great kick start into your studies, and will give you confidence when completing the remaining course work.

I've enjoyed learning with RAM Training Services. They are professional and eager to assist me with my Training and Assessment course. I especially liked the 5-day combined workshop as it was a great introduction to the course and set me up to be able to complete the online component. I have found the course structure to be quite flexible which is important to me as I work full-time. My trainer Chris, has been most supportive reaching out on a regular basis to see how I'm progressing and encouraging me through my TAE. I would highly recommend RAM to everyone.

Would highly recommend Ram training after being mucked around by another company for my cert 4 I rang Ram and spoke to both Kelly and James who were not only extremely patient but were amazing to deal with and helped me book in for my certification and allowed me to book in for a 5 day virtual course... i started my pre course stuff and sent it stressing I wasn't going to complete it on time but again the staff at Ram ensured that it would be ok and helped me through it... the week of the course approach led and I was worried because I am not a very good classroom leaner as I am a very hands on person, but within the first 10 minutes of the day trainer Chris had eased everyone's concerns and we began to work towards it as a group. Ram training is extremely helpful and excellent support to ensure that their students succeed and their desired results. From the admin staff to the trainers and the Webners that walk you through sections of the training step by step are extremely helpful I am honestly glad that the first company I went with mucked me around as I couldn't have been happier with the training and support I received from ram training
