Audio visual equipment repair service

I hired equipment and an operator from these guys for a wedding. Overall things went reasonably well and we even got some system upgrades we didn't pay for. Inevitably though some things did go wrong. This is totally reasonable and understandable though.Regarding these issues that we had (which were mostly around missed cues and ordered equipment which wasnt provided) I reached out to the company via email on January 28 regarding my wedding on January 22 and it took multiple emails and about 4 months of waiting to get them to reply to me. When they eventually replied they showed an invoice from January 23rd (the day after the wedding) showing a trade discount. With a bit of back and forth they were eventually able to provide me the refund I required. Although I am still a little confused as to why they took so long to get back to me.Overall they are good value and I would recommend you go with them if you are a Wollongong local. However if you are from Sydney or surrounds they aren't the most organised so you may encounter some troubles with deliveries and/or operators.Ideally I would go with 2.5 stars however Google doesn't allow for this. Justification being that technology provided was good value but disorganised practices and poor communication. Also when you consider the parts of the event that the operator we hired got right, it may have been cheaper just to get a friend to do the work so not good value there.

Faith Productions are an amazing service company and provided our Youth Group with excellent quality sound and equipment. Always a pleasure dealing with their team.

Took my vehicle in for a quote on a getting a light mount fitted, when l went back to have the job done they substantially increased the quote. After they fitted the light it was very unstable, turns out they put the mounting bracket on upside down and only half the screws were fitted. They complained about doing the job and were very unwilling to take responsibility, very disappointed, do not recommend.

Excellent service, very respectful of our needs. Work was completed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend DIB to anyone who needs audio visual work done.

I don't understand all these bad reviews. Hugo has only ever given me fantastic service with fast turn around. On 3 occasions he was able to fix one a phone and second 2 laptops that another shop said was not fixable. I have recommended his shop to quite a few people that were having issues and they have all said he did a great job. Maybe it's the occasional person that feels they did not get what they were expecting that are compelled to write a review here.

The guys at Ampd have been more than accommodating when I have called on them several times to look after clients of mine and have been well price compared to any other's I have used so would happily recommend these guys for anything Electrical!!

They went above and beyond to install a head-unit in my lancer. Very happy with the result and they fixed quite a few things in my car. Such a clean and timely installation. :)Thank you!

David (manager) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what my need was and gave me a few options to consider.My Bose Soundtouch 30 was fried by a thunderstorm. I bought a Denon Home 350 to replace it. The sound is superb. Thanks a lot.Would highly recommend.

Justin was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had such excellent service. He meticulously measured the TV placement and ensured I was happy before drilling the mount onto the wall. He set up the TV and taught us how to use the notoriously tricky Samsung frame tv remote. He cleaned up afterwards. Could not fault this service A+
