We were moving into a new apartment which required Totally Outdoors to work with the major construction company to supply the materials a long time before they would actually build the louver roof. After many discussions with the building engineers, surveyors, councils and permit requirements we have our louver roof. We only worked with Totally Outdoors by phone and didn't meet them face to face until the construction started. They were seamless in keeping us informed as to the progress, and delivered a high quality product. We couldn't be more happy with the service, product and communication. We replaced all our windows with double glazing in time for winter and it has made a noticeable difference to the thermal comfort and noise as we are next to a road. They look great too. The window installation service was very good we had to replace some of the tiling around windows which added to the cost but it was worth it. Would recommend PG windows.

The best service yet . My three gates are so well made , the installers were very polite and did such a good job. Samantha quoted me in the job snd my gates were made and installed in the exact given time . I would use Habitat again .

Sad to have to give one star as would rather have given a negative number. Some of the staff were good to deal with but others not. We purchased for a large reno and due to the 'Christmas rush' they stuffed the order up, resulting in the wrong sized windows. Eventually the manager came to site and he was a disgrace. Minor damage was repaired but totally not interested in the main issues. Total lack of customer service or care, his only attitude was that I was welcome to go through the long and lengthy legal process to try to get some redress. Be warned. The management of this Newcastle company is flawed through and through so don't expect any help if something goes wrong.

I chose PG windows to replace 80s aluminium bedroom windows in our 1915s house. Had quotes from three companies and visited showrooms. Chose PG for their friendly and informative customer sales service and good quality, locally made windows. We are so happy with the final product. They look great, reduce outside noise and help with heating/cooling.

Great work done by Colin and his team to repair an older Aluminium window frame and replace the glass.

Have tried several times to make a telephonic enquiry (In November 2022, and again in May 2023). Staff just pick up the phone and then puts it down again. Why even have a phone number if you aren't going to pick it up.

Door was installed incorrectly and was only informed when the builder pointed it out to me, Rapid Glass being a professional installer of glass doors would have realised there was a very big issue with install but did it and just left anyway.Security screens that were manufactured were the incorrect size.Poor communication including arriving to my house unnannounced and letting themselves straight into my backyard to finish door install after delivering the wrong size screens.
