I don't usually leave reviews as I see good customer service almost non existent these days but North East Aluminium Windows deserve a 5 star review. I've been there twice, the first time I went in with a sliding door part and instead if selling me a $100 part the owner told me how to adjust the one I had to keep working. This honesty barely exists these days. I went in today for a window part and their help great. They triple checked to make sure that the part they were selling me was what I needed. Very friendly and make you feel welcome. I'd always return and recommend them. Be surbe to say hi to Trev (their English Staffy)

Went in today to hopefully get help with sliding door problems. The service and advice given to me was exceptional and the prices very reasonable, could not recommend this company any higher , will definitely go back if I ever need any door work.

Searched high and low for a good quality heavy duty roller for my mirrored wardrobe doors because the Bunnings ones kept breaking. Just received some from these guys and they look and feelso much stronger.

Amazing service from the only supplier I could find open on a Saturday with parts to repair a broken screen door. They instantly recognised the corner joiner that had eluded me for a week and had it in stock. I received friendly, helpful advice and parts needed to help avoid another accident with overly exuberant great-grandkids. The asking price was so low I was embarrassed to take their time. My door is fixed, cross bar installed and this is now my new go-to place for all aluminium doors and windows.

After renovating in 2003, more than half of our 30 sash windows had failed, contacted Rollerco, who were extremely helpful, worked out what parts we needed, they arrived 2 days later, couldn't be happier with the service we received.
