Outstanding service and care. Quick to get an appointment, they were on time. The vet was super friendly and caring, explained everything in great detail. The clinic submitted my insurance claim for me. And the follow up was awesome, even got a call asking how my dog was going a few days later. Just amazing, can't recommend enough!

100% would recommend Rilten. Took us in last minute due to a family emergency. Were so kind and understanding. Made sure to get as many details about our cat and dog as possible to keep them happy.Picked up 2 very happy animals. My dog was with another vet, but we ran out of his medications and they were fully booked for the next three weeks. Luckily, Concord Vet was able to see him right away and Patch got his medications. I did not realised how good this walk in system can be until I needed it. The same thing with helping Patch cross the rainbow bridge. We were able to come in when Patch was ready. The staff were so great. I emailed about the process, the cost etc and all of my emails were answered promptly in a friendly reassuring tone. They really do understand it was a hard decision. On the day, they were so accommodating and professional. I highly recommend CONCORD VET. Don't be put off with the no appointment system,.

The staff at the Bendigo Pet Retreat were fantastic. We dropped our standard poodle off for day boarding two days in a row as we travelled around Bendigo. Each afternoon we got to find out how well he behaved. Great personalised service!The kennels were very clean and staff super attentive to each dogs needs. They uploaded photos to Facebook each day too.Facebook has more realistic reviews of this business. I'd definitely recommend them :).
