Joel at Giant did a solid and helped me out by doing a warranty front triangle swap on my bike which wasn't a Giant, this helped me out heaps because I didn't have to send the bike all the way back to the dealer I got it from.Bike came back as good as the first day I bought it.Would definitely recommend these guys for your mechanical needs.

The blokes in-store are very knowledgeable. I bought the perfect bike for myself thanks to their quality service. I also love that they're local boys who went to school with my older siblings. I totally recommend this service, especially a beginner rider such as myself. I was able to learn alot already from these top blokes, they have all the information you need.

The boys at Giant are always happy to help any customers regardless of bike brand choice. I drive 40 mins each way when I need something done to my bikes. Workmanship is always of the highest quality, and turn around times are great.

Awesome experience with Giant Rockhampton, dropped in and hired a couple of mtb's (x1 ebike and x1 analogue ) and spent the day exploring the first turkey trails. The guys were super helpful and knowledgeable about the trails. Really well priced bike hire as well. Would 100% go there again. Thanks fellas!
