Atlanta Nails

Shocking. Took an hour and a half to fix nail polish that they couldn't paint properly. Charged for manicure when it was just polish. Could paint my nails better myself. I almost fell over when they painted my toenails and nails with shellac terribly for 80 dollars. Angry customer service.

Came for an acrylic set on my natural nails and asked to have them looking natural however instead walked out with thick, clumpy and uneven nails that resemble duck feet. Very unhappy seeing as though I spent $50 to have my nails looking worse than what they did prior.

I never post reviews! If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. This time I really feel I need to say something. I have had SNS for 5 years now and never have I had a worse experience. It’s only been a week and most of my natural nails have split and broken- they are cheap but nasty! Don’t go there

Manicure- my hands were not scrubbed and no cream was applied. My cuticles bled and I was left with peeling skin.SNS- Good nails, bad customer service.Pedicure- Dry skin was not removed from my heels prior to soaking them in water. Might as well just soak my feet in water at home, apply gel polish and call it a pedicure while saving $35!Will not visit again!

Went in at 2pm for sns they started, then 5 people came in staggered after me, they got up and served and finalised 5 other customers while I was sitting there with one finger of nail polish remover so I wasn’t able to leave.I spoke to the owner at the end of two hours and said are you aware that you got up and served five other people that came in after me while I sat here for two hours and she laughed and said yes next time we will make you first. I said I’m never coming back and she giggled again.I have been a long term customer and have not had any language barriers to make me think my complaint wasn’t understood.At the end I was left with a bad job as they tried to rush to make up time.DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Always lovely staff. The girls always ask me about my day and how I’m going, always friendly! :) I have come here quite regularly for shellac polish and it lasts longer than any other salon in the area! (I’ve tried many). I can get 3/4 weeks out of it without it chipping! Whereas other places only last 1/2 weeks. Great work, amazing quality for the price. Keep in mind that a lot of people over-exaggerate things and are more likely to leave a review if they aren’t happy rather than if they are. Will always recommend these girls - great work, keep it up!

Booked in an appointment with these nail professionals" signed myself up for manicure and pedicure. Got asked to come in the morning. They were already understaffed and over booked. Waited 20 minutes for this butchered job. I picked the nail color of the samples they gave. When they started putting on the colour iiit was not accurate. They rushed through it. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails with her eyes closed. They re-use tools and they aren't very hygienic. Clippers and other tools they used had other customers dead skin on them

Loads of beautiful colours to chose from, I called up when they were about to close but they told me to go in anyway, really nice, great service, and my nails look absolutely amazing, especially for the price! So happy with the result and I'll be going back here all the time, don't know what all the nasty comments are about, I had an amazing experience!! Thank you so much ladies! I'll see you soon :)

Atrocious, unprofessional & unqualified!!!! Visited this salon for a full leg wax 2 weeks ago & came away badly bruised on my inner left thigh. These supposed 'therapists' do not know what they are doing, my 16 year old daughter could've done a better job, that's how unprofessional staff are at this business! Pay a few more dollars & go to a bonafide beauty therapist. Staff will also attempt to increase the amount you pay, they tried to charge me $40 instead of $30 even after I spoke to them about the price prior to being waxed!

The WORST nail experience I have EVER had!!!! Their customer service was HORRIBLE! They speak absolutely NO English. After I chose my colours for mani pedi shellac they brought out the wrong ones and were so rude. She then painted my nails so quickly in a rush putting the colour all over my cuticles. When I wanted to fix a nail she said she no, and I was embarrassed because she was speaking so loudly. I will NEVER go back. No one should ever go there!!!!! So bad.
