Always a great haircut and speedy service!I have been a regular for over two years. The owner is always friendly and welcoming.

I feel the comments around LGBTQI are totally incorrect, as a member of this community I have always felt welcomed by the owner and never experienced any form of discrimination. I am open about who I am, so it’s no secret

Good local barber with friendly service and prices cheaper than most. $28 for basic style cut for men and $25 for students. Cash or card but they prefer cash.

The main barber (short bald guy) in this shop, who is also the business owner, is very rude and ill-mannered. As a customer, I felt highly uncomfortable with his unasked advice and unwelcoming remarks, through which I sensed his intolerance and hatred of the LGBTQ+ community. Moreover, I went to the shop only for a haircut but felt unnecessarily provoked and personally attacked for no apparent reason. I ask the main barber not to bring his personal opinions to his workplace or try not to impose them on the customers.Overall, the main barber in the shop is a vile person who behaves outrageously, disrespectfully, and inappropriately. I will never return to this place and suggest the same to others, mainly if you belong to the LGBTQ+ community.

It is a nice and clean shop located in Glebe.The quality of the haircut depends on who cuts your hair. I have had my haircut 3 times here by different barbers (none of them was the proprietor).I get the same hair cut, which is a number 1 on the sides up until you hit my long hair on top (which I dont cut). So basically an undercut, which is very simple: i.e just cut up to the existing line. This qualifies as a style cut and costs $28.The first time I was here was in September '22. At that time a young Iraqi man cut my hair. He was really good, he showed my how the previous barber messed up my line and he painstakingly tried to fix it. I'd give this guy a 5/5.Second time was in Jan '23. This time it was another guy who had quite poor English. The other staff translated what I wanted and I would give him 5/5.Most recent was Feb '23. This time the guy was a bit theatrical? Lot of quick strokes with the shaver and sleight of hand. I am wondering as my haircut is simple and only takes 5 minutes, he was trying to stretch out my time to make sure i got my money's worth it.When I got home and took of the band that I tied my long hair, a noticeable chunk came out. Meaning the guy did not carefully cut it to the line and with his quick fancy moves he had clipped long hair (that has taken my 7 years to grow). Additionally the simple task of lining up my sideburns were also messed up: this was annoying as I explicitly asked to be careful with the sideburns.I would go back there, but I am moving. The quality of the haircut depends on the barber there. If I did go again I would emphasize being careful about cutting to the line.Wish them the best, hopefully they can take the feedback and improve on that aspect.
