Poor customer experience. The staff was talking all the time and were lazy to check stock in their system.

Staff Member Not So Great. I picked an item and waited patiently at cashier for the customer in front of me to be served. When it's my turn, a customer barged in while another staff member holding items for her. Literally jumped the queue. The staff member serving her and the staff member who supposed to serve me just ignored my existence, even though I was standing in the same spot for more than 5 minutes. This store is supposedly selling non average stuff, but have to say the service is verrrrrrrrry average, would not go back there again.

Only the Asian staff is very helpful to check stock and call to another store to on hold it for me. Cashier lady was just talking too much and makes me wait in line forever

Tried to exchange with proof of purchase and got told by sales staff “they’re both inexperienced” and refused to do an exchange to avoid dropping their KPIS.

This is my favourite store to buy a lot of homewares from. The quality is great and they often have specials which makes the prices really affordable as well.
