Andrew was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide the best quality service for my laptop when I needed the fans replaced. He ordered the fans himself, picked up, replaced them and dropped it off to me all within the hour. Very forthcoming, communicative and friendly, would recommend his service.

Very fast and informative service, low cost but exceptional work and Andrew is a very nice friendly guy as well. Highly recommend for anyone with computer issues. I had Windows 10 Desktop PC problems and everything was sorted in a day and explained to me in detail. Thanks again.

Andrew from Brisbane IT Guru fixed my computer, he is amazing. He cleaned the 7 years of dust and grim from the inside of the computer, saved all of our data, reinstalled Windows 10, installed Office 2016 and our data and did it all in less than 2 hours at our home. He charges very very fairly, he turned up when he said he would, he following up with a phone call the next day to see if the computer was functioning, very professional, friendly and clever. I would highly recommend Brisbane IT Guru as our computer is not just working again, it is much better.

He is good at what he does, explains the problem in simple yet not condescending terms and takes the time to give tips on how to avoid future issues. I recommend Andrew Jordan most highly from Brisbane IT Guru. Andrew specialises in computer data recovery. It is definitely worth the drive to Wellington Point you will not regret your trip. My computer crashed and I lost all of my data, I tried many people to assist me, all failed citing that it was totally lost.. Andrew recovered all of the data, and he is well priced for doing a fantastic job, I was so relieved to get all my lost data. Andrew also has now assisted with removing viruses and general computer set up. He will also do house calls if needed. He is also a lovely patient person which is a great bonus!
