Beds N Dreams - Pakenham

I was pleased with my first experience shopping at Beds N Dreams at Pakenham. The store manager did not impose at first whilst I was browsing but was very helpful when I had questions. I found what I was looking for and as a pensioner please with the prices.

We were very unhappy with our customer service when after having the bed for 4 months the side panel snapped. Beds n dreams would not cover the side panel under warranty, they made us pay for another.I will never buy from beds n dreams again for the rest of my family when they are needing beds. Next time focus on furniture will get my business.

I am absolutely thrilled with the customer service that was shown to me whilst purchasing our new bedroom suite. Nothing was too much trouble and Leila the store manager knew her products well and answered any concerns and questions I had before I purchased. Thankyou Leila for your your outstanding customer service and knowledge in helping us decide on our Amani bedroom suite. We will definitely be back to purchase our mattress. Sale: Staff were friendly and excited to help decide on a purchase, we felt informed and asked lots of questions. Paid approximately $7500 for bed and extras including gas lift storage.Pre delivery: We were advised that it was going to be delivered as “one piece” and to check it would fit into our bedroom… obviously it didn’t and we needed to downgrade, unfortunately very quickly advised they “don’t do refunds”, “credit only” which isn’t great because I didn’t exactly want to spend $600 on anything else for no reason.Delivery: paid. $272 for delivery and installation in our new house painted freshly 3 weeks prior. Delivery guys did damage to a number of walls with photos attached to this review. They tried to hide it, denied speaking English when asked about it.Bed review: amazing bed, sturdy and looks great. mattress I very impressed and very happy with the product.Overall: If you want an excellent bed for a decent amount of money, and delivery guys that will destroy your floors and walls you’ll get the deal.Haven’t raised the issue re; damage with the store yet it’s been a couple days but I will, struggling with being busy having just moved in.

We were really impress with the service provided by the staff, specially Sikha. She helped to walk us through the entire store and provided different available options and given accurate product details and their benefits. Great store and wonderful welcoming staff. Will be happy to make an purchase again in future.

Brought a new bed for our son it arrived all broken. After a call to beds n dreams pakenham spoke to a lovely lady Amy she went above and beyond to get the bed picked up and a new one delivered. My son loves his new bed.
