Nothing to do with the Pet Hotel, but drove in to get some coffee and hot dogs from the food cart and had the nicest meal and met the loveliest person to ever serve me a hotdog! If you're ever in the area, drive in for a coffee. Suzanne has some delicious ice creams too..

People here are lovely!! I was worried about boarding our dog after he had a terrible time at his last boarding at a different kennel, but we picked up a very bouncy, happy (and tired) dog. Thanks for looking after our big goofball during our trip in Metung :)

Cathy has helped out with emergency accommodation for my mum's dogs, arranged pick up and has been in touch to assure us that they are doing well, fantastic service at very short notice, highly recommended

Shelbys place is amazing. Kathy the owner is so friendly and you can tell how much she loves animals. My crazy puppy felt right at home there and we can't wait to go back.

Shelbys Place Metung Boarding Kennels
We were disappointed when we picked our dog Wally up after 8 days at the kennel. He was not the same dog that went in..he was despondent, had lost weight, he has not barked since we picked him up 4 days ago, now has a runny nose, diarrhoea & was hand shy. He is definitely not the fun lively & happy dog that we left at the kennel.

Highly recommend Shelby's place. Our dog Clancy went there for the first time this year and absolutely loved it. Staff were amazing and so loving to the animals. They went above and beyond to look after our energetic puppy. He will definitely be back again next year. Thankyou so much!

I cannot put into words just how amazing both Kathy and Brianna have been with looking after our fur babies and updating us regularly. No other kennel we have used comes close. They have thought of everything and more to care for, nurture and protect them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! You have eased our minds while we are so far away and for so long.
