While the customer service was okay. I received a voucher from spending 5K on a ring with the caveat that it had to be used on full priced items at Michael Hill Moorabbin. As it is an outlet pretty much everything is on sale and none of the staff could point out full priced items; this was a very empty guesture. After two failed attempts to spend the voucher it left a rather bad taste in my mouth and resulted in a decision not go to any Michael Hill stores in the future.

Went here to check out engagement rings. As soon as me and my friend walked in and looked at the display, the sales lady told us that they charge $100 just by looking. Maybe she was joking that time, but it was enough for us to feel uncomfortable and made us feel like we can't afford their rings. I was considering telling my bf to get it from them, I guess not anymore.

I just picked up my wife's birthday present which i thought would be so painful because the Michael Hill store is at DFO moorabbin, it's 3 days before Christmas and DFO is full with screaming children.This didn't stop the staff at Michael Hill from being extremely lovely, courteous and somehow still smiling at this time of the year. It's not often I by by Jeweller or do google reviews, but purely for the customer service I recieved today, even the manager was smiling, my wife might be blinged up every birthday from now on

Excellent customer service!!As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by this lady and she was genuinely interested in talking to us and finding out what we needed. Though I ended up not buying anything this time , I will definitely come back. Keep up the good work.

I was in on Saturday and Lindsay from the DFO Moorabbin store was absolutely amazing! very patient, calm, and genuinely cared about the pieces I was selecting, would definitely go back and buy more based off of this interaction with her. Amazing service!

Normally don't write bad reviews, but had to write this down. Waited in line, was clearly in front of the line but clearly we weren't European like everyone else in line and would not be served. Family and I were very unhappy.

I would recommend this store to anyone. Especially Mezz is the best sales agent at any Michael Hill store i met in my life. She is such a lovely and friendly lady. She not only guided me to choose the earrings i wanted but also made me feel like home.

Didn't get to shop in ,my used to be most favourite shop, because didnt have a mask on due to medical exemption that I said i have, plus being heavy pregnant, got kicked out of the store. Made great gift to myself for Christmas. Never again.
