Amanda's of Mogo

I was delighted to be taken along to this store by my mum. We both love and appreciate quality art supplies. I visited again a few days later.. and both times found Amanda so very helpful. I asked her more about her art store, in the small town of Mogo, coming up on 22 years in the town. We spoke about her narrow-miss with the bush fires - devastation on a grand scale that had burned her artist-partners house to the ground with over 1000 art works, while very narrowly missing her store... They had been planning a '21st' birthday party for the shop - and had to cancel. I asked her what she loved about running an art store in Mogo - and the response was so touching: 'We thought after the bush fires, and then Covid that we might survive the fire and lose our business - but within weeks people were coming in and thanking us for being there for the community'. She had never realised just how appreciated she was. After chatting about various mediums, brushes, palettes, soft pastels (she is the president of the local soft pastel club!) I could see how this would be an oasis of quality products, ready expertise, community and general arty joy. I whole-heartedly recommend this well-stocked store and encourage locals and visitors alike to stop in and support the next 22 years.

Simply the best art and craft supply store I've ever been too!! Online ordering is a breeze, and delivery is fast. HUGE range of everything and Amanda is so incredibly nice and helpful.

Just like an Aladdin's Cave - full of wonderful Art & Crafting supplies to inspire your creativity. With knowledgeable, friendly & extremely helpful staff. It was an absolute pleasure to shop in Amanda's & definitely a place I'll return to time & again.

Everything you could want...literally. This shop caters for all craft people...from paint to scrapbook supplies, resin art, pastels, papers, glue...the choices are incredible. Lovely welcoming staff. Even kids craft.

Amanda's is my highlight for every visit to the coast. Her amazing shop contains so many things it is sometimes hard to take it all in! You will find art supplies of every kind - everything you could ever need, plus an eclectic range of decoupage, card making supplies and more. The craft selection is really second to none, with so much to see and choose from. Definitely allow yourself enough time to discover the treasures this little store contains!
