Andy is easy to deal with and explains any issues with my car clearly and without jargon. The prices for work done are reasonable and communicated early. And the work is good too! I first went to Baytech Automotive 4 years ago when I got a quote for over over $6000 from an Audi branded shop. I took my car to Baytech and Andy identified that the Audi quote misdiagnosed the issue and would not have fixed my car. The actual repairs were less than $1000 and my car has been running well with those repairs.

These guys are great. Really easy to communicate with and really friendly as well. When I picked up my car I was explained what was wrong and what they did to my car which was really good and very reasonably priced.Plus they were able to accommodate me with a hire car as well! So definitely recommend these guys! Overall quality and customer service is definitely one of the best I’ve experienced.

Andy was incredibly friendly, informative, patient and honest. I brought my Audi in for a timing chain tensioner swap/upgrade and also for an emergency last minute repair due to faulty ignition coils with very quick turnaround times and great communication. Andy and his team will most definitely take care of your car properly and with fair honest pricing as well. Cheers to Andy and the team for all the help so far!
