Highly recommend Roxanne, she takes the time to fully understand what style you're looking for before she starts. Nothing feels rushed and you know someone with experience is helping you. I have seen her multiple times now and she consistently does an amazing job. Keep up the great work! :)

Their booking/scheduling system needs an entire revamp. What is the point in booking at all and you show up and they say “sorry 45min wait, we will call you when it is your turn” and you come back 45min later and they say sorry it will still be about 45min. I didn’t get a call until 2 hours after my appointment. What a waste of a day. I know I’m not the only one. The person at the front also needs to work on some customer service. Smile, welcome people through the door. Not hard. Much better options on the coast but I know Tommy guns will always be busy so I doubt they’ll try work on this.

Same as the other Tommy's in QLD, every barber is exceptional, quick appointments and proficient. All the team enjoy themselves and laugh quite a bit when I'm there so clearly this business has a good leader and has created an environment. I have visited many times and have consistently had good experiences

Kam is an exceptional barber and fun to talk to. Listens to exactly what you want and knows how to interpret your words into a haircut. Couldn’t recommend him more. I’ve also used Ethan and these guys are fantastic barbers, extremely knowledgeable, fast, and professional. Couldn’t be happier

The service is amazing and I think the barbers are very skilled.The app on the other hand should retired or updated. It doesn’t matter what time I book, the minimum wait I have had in 6 months is 40 minutes. That’s from the check in time not the wait time. It must be uncomfortable working the front desk to say it’ll just be a few more minutes to multiple customers, when clearly it’s not.

Hi guys. I'm a regular customer to your store so I am not going to try to effect your star rating hence the 5 stars. However, I thought it would be good to give you guys some friendly customer feedback. I had my beard trimmed and shave yesterday by a nice bloke. I attended the store just after 3pm and was greeted by a lady at the front reception. Booked me in for a beard trim and razor shave but no offer of a free beverage as has happened in the past. I brushed that off. I was then quickly ushered to a young bloke. He was nice and good personality. Unfortunately I don't feel he listened to as to what I was after in regards to the length of the beard cut. I showed him the length I was after and I feel he cut way to much off compared to what I showed him. I was after a small trim with a little length off. He also when doing my razor shave felt nervous or awkward and didn't really position me for it like they normally do. This was the same when he was trimming my beard back. I took a look later on and there was still bristles there from the shave. Look the beard will grow back and this is purely for your benefit and improvement but when a person comes in to have something done you want to walk away happy and feel good about how you look and I just didn't get that this time around. Maybe this gentlemen that did my beard is new or still learning. I have had great service prior b a gentlemen named Ben I believe. I've always walked away happy with his work. Just food for thought on tings to work on. =)
