It's a pity the sales staff at Amart do not let any prospective buyers know about ANY weight limits on their lounge chairs... hubby's 135kg and gentle on furniture...had the chairs 4-5months and mechanicals underneath slowly buckled..nothing printed on any labels anywhere...ripped off...if that's the way Amart sell their products , we won't be buying there again...

My Queen slatted bed from A Mart what are the 4 pieces of wooden pegs under the bed. They arey all on a slant what are these for. I have Osteoporosis and fractured Thoracic vertebrae and I am worried the bed will collapse because of these wooden pegs.Not worried about this . Had this bed for awhile but have no idea what these wooden pegs do.

I hope I can put zero star, the funiture I bought within one day and it is still in new condition. I found it is not suitable for me that's why I took it back for return. But the staff not allowed me to return because it is clearance. In the receipt it is saying 48hour to return and it is 3 months warranty. Which didn't mention the clearance product cannot return. This A mart always on sale and always clearance, so who buy the funiture you will not have chance to return. Bad service! Will not go any Amart again. The customer service is also helpless too.

Recently Brought My New Lounge Suite At Amart Furniture Logan. It Looks And Feels Great. Extremely Comfortable. Customer Service Was Excellent. Only Problem I Found WRONG, Was That You Can't Buy An Item Straight Of The Floor. Apparently You Have To Go To There Warehouse For Pick up. At A Prearranged Time And Date. Not To Happy With That.
