Was a bit difficult to find at first as the sign mentions differently however room was nice, quiet and away from noise. Check out was very simply and easy. Parking easily available however there were no street lights down near the rear end of the property where my cabin was.

Quite disappointed about our stay here. It's not cheap. We decided to go up market" a bit and use a voucher our children got us for Christmas. The room was big and the bed was comfortable but the curtains were hanging off their tracks and the window/sliding door and flyscreen had not been cleaned for quite sometime. There was only one coffee cup! We had to request another one. Some areas of the room needed to be inspected properly then cleaned ( wardrobe shelf).Sorry for the criticism

Went with my partner for a weekend getaway - and this was the perfect place!Beautiful little cottages with a fantastic price.The staff upon entry was helpful, patient, and kind.While we were there a wedding was being held in one of their venues - we took a sneak peak and it looked absolutely incredible.I 100% recommend the Quality Suites Point Cook for any type of stay - from business trips, secret getaways, and large events.

Attended a wedding here recently, OMG what a shocker.First thing that hits you in the face is the overpowering smell of indian spices/cooking in the front reception area. It absolutely stunk.Then, the man behind the bar clearly had absolutely no idea about pouring drinks. Plus, we had to constantly ask him to fill the grass" as they were always only 2/3 full. It was clear that they were trying to maximize their profits by short filling each glass. Once or twice you could put down to an oversight

Stayed for the night of our wedding. Room was lovely. Had booked Mansion originally but stayed on one of our postponed dates - so stayed here instead and glad we did!!! Much nicer than mansion. Just wish I knew about the wedding venue before booking elsewhere.Pillows were soft and horrible. Restaurant not opened for breakfast and we weren’t told prior. So that was disappointing

I would not recommend this accomodation. They charge a $300.00 holding charge for damage to the room which they say is re-imbursed when you check it. It takes at least 10 days to be re-imbursed and you have to chase them up all the time.

It was horrible to see the night manager Michael screaming on 3 to 4 years kids who were playing near the reception. They either need a new night manager or have him trained in hospitality.
