Ryan is a amazing at what he does. For me I can’t believe how much I’ve learnt about maintaining my body and learning how to identify problems when it comes to muscles. It’s more than a massage. I would recommend 10/10.

If you are after a proper sports massage, Ryan knows his stuff and talks you through his work as he does it. I do stressful computer based work so have had my fair share of massage over the years. I also have a stack of old sport injuries and am finally working through all my locked muscles and posture issues with Ryan and feeling so much better for it.

He was able to help me with my overused muscles due to long-distance running and focus on high-risk areas to prevent any severe injuries. I have seen many remedial massage therapists in my time and Ryan is by far the best.He knows how to target areas to relieve pain.Others tend to just do a routine and not really understand the body as in-depth as Ryan does.If your suffering from any kind of pain I would highly recommend seeing him first!
