Purchased a G-Shock 5441, from their website, really easy process. Emailed them asking if I could pick up my watch and received an email from Alex, saying no problem. I picked up my watch a couple of hours later.Love the watch, and will definately be buying from Watch Direct Australia again!

Terrific Service and a great watch. Accidentally ordered the right watch but wrong band colour. I realised my error after a few hours and then sent off an email to ask if it was possible to change the order before dispatch. They replied very quickly that the exchange had been made and I still received the watch within 2 days of the initial order. 5 Gold Star service in my view. Many thanks.

Great service. Purchased Casio G-shock watch. Store was quick to respond and dispatch. Item arrived safely with Shriro Australia (Casio Official Service centre) Aussie warranty card inside. Genuine Casio. Thank you very much.I would like to add, the 3229 module has a recessed adjust (A) button. But with practice I find it still easy to use. It requires very little travel, therefore once you understand how it works I can trigger it quite easily. I just cut my nails and I can still press it.Also for those who didn't know (I didn't) the 3229 module's CT (Countdown Timer) has an Auto-repeat option. When in CT adjust mode, simply press (D) to turn Auto-repeat on and off. Now when you start the CT the countdown will restart itself over and over infinitely!

Amazing Amazing Amazing, ordered a watch on Sunday night got it delivered on Tuesday morning great service and response time, most of all the prices are unbeatable, i was about to buy a G-shock watch at warringah mall for $685 but found out that Watch Direct sells the same model with delivery for $400. Highly recommended, 5 star service.
