Caroline has been my personal trainer for a period of 5 years. During this time I have loved the variety of fitness and personal challenges that she has encouraged me and others to take on. From Sunrise bootcamp down on Cooly beach to group social get togethers for a worthy cause. Although a very committed and successful business lady Caroline always has time to chit chat with her clients and friends. A truly warm and funny lady who can get the whole class giggling and connecting while we burn off those kilos. Supportive Fitness Community

I am currently participating a 12-week program with Epic Pro Fitness and having an excellent experience. I was feeling very nervous about getting back into training after a long 12-month break. Caroline has created a welcoming and fun culture within her business and I have felt incredibly comfortable and actually having fun and made new training friends. Caroline runs a professional business, we are educated on nutrition, clean eating menu ideas, setting goals, transforming our mind and body. I wouldn’t trainee anywhere else.
