Joe's Motorcycles

Joe’s is the best in Canberra, period. It’s a privately owned and run business so you’re dealing with passionate (not pushy) staff who always go the extra mile to sort you out. Their shop has that “pure motorcycling” feel to it and their prices are always lower than the competitors, plus their service workshop is honest, thorough and reliable. An easy 5 stars as I won’t shop anywhere else anymore.

Id like to personally thank Richard, Dennis, rob and Corey and the whole team at joes’. Was towed to them from golburn on a Saturday and they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Spent five hours on my bike and made sure I was good to go safely. Exceptional customer service and amazing team! Thank you all

Very Bad. Charged $85 to change tyres because I didn't buy tyres from him. No integrity whatsoever! Avoid!

I was in there for no more than 5 minutes before I was stopped by a worker and basically accused of stealing after I was in an area I didn’t know you couldn’t go past into and it looked like any other part of the shop I just didn’t see the sign then after saying sorry I left but Jesus in the parts you are allowed to be in a 17th century dirtbike will run you 3k

I have shopped at Joe's for years and have found them to be consistently helpful. Canberra, despite its city status, can be small town like, making it difficult not to inadvertently offend the odd customer and then have them spread bad reviews in the area. Joe's regular staff are knowledgeable and engaging if you are willing listen to them. Additionally, it is my go to store for motorcycle tyres being reasonably priced and inclusive of fitting. This store remains in business after an age trading in Fyshwick--there is a good reason for that; they are motorcyclists themselves and, whilst they are there to make a profit, they care about motorcycles, the people who ride them, and the industry in general

Seriously, bad service no communication, if you dont keep calling the shop, you will be forgotten about! It took them 6 weeks to even look at my bike and then charged me over $500 to unplug the kill switch!Seems as though they don't want reoccurring customers only 1 hit wonders!

One of my young blokes is looking to learn to ride. Took him in to get some gear and had a great experience no condescending attitude to the young blokes questions. Would highly recommend Joes's if you are looking for gear or Triumphs.

Just can't speak highly enough of the team at Joe's. On every occasion I've been here they have been friendly, knowledgeable and never too much for them to answer a question. They also slotted me in to get my bike up to spec for rego and did great work getting everything done that was required without breaking the bank. Very good pricing and high quality of work. Won't go anywhere else for my bike needs!
