Coles McCrae

I was served a couple of days ago by a lovely young lady, Charlise (apologies if not spelt correctly). Her communication and customer service was exceptional. Such a delight.What a credit to your team!

Your average small Coles with no deli counter. They only have pre-packed deli meat.Selection is good enough for a store used to pick up things while driving home.Always have plenty of breads to pick from even after 7pm.

Handy centre with Coles, bottle shop, Cafe, nails, chemist, takeaway/bakery, post office and tattsloto.

Great prices, range and services.

Nice and clean, with great staff and a good range of products.

What a disgrace, I was Shopping on a Sunday at 10am the close was very quite at that time. I had a basket of groceries 10 because I had fruit it made my basket look like I had a lot of items.I approached the 12 items or less as someone was about to pay and I was told by Kathy that i need to go to self checkout and do it myself, i said but there was no one in the store why cant you serve me she repeated again you need to go to self checkout, i said again but there is no one in the store, then her friend that se was talking to said to me MATE FOLLOW THE RULES AND GO TO ANOTHER COUNTER.I said who are you, you are a customer why are you getting involved in the conversation. so i just went to another counter as I didn't want to cause trouble.I went to the car and i counted my Items and i only had 11 items.This isn't the first time Kathy has had a go at me before.what a sad day when staff are rude to you. COLES Maybe spend less on marketing and invest some money in customer servcie.

Limited stock due to store size but I keep trying and hope the special is available or sold out, last week I wanted a dog food on special I went in early and found it sold out I checked on re stocking and found not scheduled original stock was 2 items, just tokenism, not happy this week.

Hi, I would like to express my sincere thanks to 3 beautiful young ladies after my visit on Wed 23 June at 12-10pm. I was very distraught having to walk from my car into your shop, usually in my electric scooter but due to weather I was in my car. I asked the young lady on the register nearest the service desk for help, by this time I was in tears, however she plus 2 other girls one being on the service counter were very very kind to me one got the 3 items I was there for, I could go on but please let those ladies know just how grateful I am for their assistance. Love my local Coles, friendly staff. However rarely can you find staff on the floor (I need assistance as on a mobility scooter) And not able to reach high shelving.
