Great service - i ordered a cat tree i have been looking for through Pets Unleashed and was able to get it at a great price (it was significantly cheaper to ship to the A.C.T with insured postage than to purchase it from a store locally). The staff were great and contacted me via email and phone through each step as my order had to go on back order. There was even a lovely message inside from one of the staff members!Great store and definitely will order from them again in the future.

This used to be my go to store locally, and have run into a few troubles regularly (management really need to add some customer service modules in there ranks) because the juniors are really nice.Things you can expect from this store1) overly marked up products2) only the inexperienced staff members are nice3) no knowledge base4) poor customer serviceI'm a regular to pet stores and can say hand on heart that this store is the only one where i genuinely have difficulties, I would recommend driving else where

The service is always great. The staff are happy to share their knowledge. It is where we primarily get our supplies for our fresh water tank and we have learnt a lot about keeping happy, healthy fish.

Absolutely amazing service!!! Phoned on good Friday to see if the shop was open as I was desperate for a flea treatment for my cat, Jesse answered on his day off and was more than accomodating, he waited for me to get to the store to buy the treatment! Little Luna is more than pleased!!! Thank you so much to you and your team for your exceptional customer service, you have over exceeded our expectations!!

My go to pet shop. Carry a good range of products for all animals. Matt the manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. All staff are friend. They have top of the products, most are not found in supermarkets. Their prices are comparable to other pet stores, more reasonable than vets.Huge range of toys for cats and dogs. Have birds, and sometimes cats for sale. Also exotic creatures. You need to see these for yourself not always in stock.I buy raw hide Kazoo mini sticks, dry food and flea and tick prevention meds. But find it hard not to buy my Staffies a treat, of which they have many.It's a clean store, no animal odor, and they change the products around, making you go deeper into the store to find hidden treasures.Very pleasant place to visit. No hard sell, or pushy up sell of products.

Great shop Matt was very knowledgeable and helped Hamish (Irish Wolfhound) find the best dog boots for the coming heatwaves. Hamish was cruising around like normal they fit him perfectly, thanks Matt!

We took our new rescue dog here to choose a new halter to help with his issues pulling on the lead when walking. He is a nervous dog in new places so we were a bit concerned. The two people working in the store were so lovely and understanding, giving us plenty of space but also providing great assistance and advice when we needed it. They really helped us and our dog feel calm and we ended up getting exactly what we needed.
