We dealt with Damian Brumby for leasing a property in St Kilda. Damian’s communication from the get go with our application was great, he answered any questions we had straight away , and kept us updated with the date we could move in with , he actually helped us get in a little sooner which was amazing. For any issues with the property which was only minor little things he arranged a handyman to fix asap, it’s a shame we had to move for work otherwise without a doubt would of kept going with our lease, I’ve dealt with some frustrating estate agents in the past but Damien and the team at McGrath are some of the good ones still out there!

Could not be happier with Joanne Pearson and the team at McGrath St Kilda. As an owner putting my apartment up for lease for the first time I thought it would be a difficult process, this was not the case. The marketing strategy was fantastic. My apartment was listed online less than a week, had multiple applicants from first inspection and settled on a tenant who moved in on the earliest date offered. Joanne’s communication and organisation is excellent and I felt well informed through out the very easy process. Very happy! :)

We loved working with Melanie. Melanie was confident and this made us feel comfortable with the sale. In the end the property was online for 2.5 weeks before it sold and Melanie kept us in the loop and up to date on the interest in it and the outcomes after each open inspection. Would definitely work with Melanie again in the future and I have already passed her details onto friends of mine looking to sell.

Excellent Advice. Susie was a very helpful in the process of selling our apartment. She provided excellent advice on how to get the place ready and was very responsive to communications and provided references for everything we needed. Furthermore, she was very open and transparent with how the sale process was going.I would recommend Susie if you need someone to help with selling your next property!
