Ice cream was tasty and the young staff member was nice but the store owner was present and acted appallingly leaving a bad taste for myself and fellow customers.

Ordered a 650ml tub online and received 2 small scoops in a container, when I rang to talk to manager he said uber eats driver was to blame even though I could see the icecream scoops hadn't been touched. Very disappointing

Just go there and see why the line is always full its worth waiting best damn soft serve ice cream I have ever had that includes overseas so good lots of options definitely a must if you have kids.

Previously I have had great service and yum ice cream but I have been attempting to contact them about making a bday cake for weeks and no reply.Wanted to speak to them before ordering online to confirm a few things.We order many ice cream cakes a year due to kids not liking cake and will have to look for a new, more reliable company that wants our business.

The girl Cristina is so lovely her service was amazing, the portions were great value and she was so polite to all my friends. I will defiantly be coming back! I would highly recommend coming down to cold rock Hillary’s I had the best experience. It’s never too cold for an ice cream!

GIVE THESE GIRLS A BONUS.We went for an ice cream on a real busy labour day Monday. The young staff were working their backsides off, but they were still full of smiles. They were very organized and looked like a team who all knew what they were doing.It’s really nice to see the younguns having fun and enjoying their work.Thanks so much!

This Cold Rock location is very busy since it’s close to the boat harbour, so the queue and wait time was quite long. The staff are very nice here, and my order tasted great. Keep up the good work!
