My wife saw her for chronic digestive issues. She seems to have no concept apart from the standard nutritionalist dietary guidelines. In other words, don't go to her for anything other than 'I'd like to lose weight' At th end of the consultation, she gave her some PDF print outs (that could have been easily sourced on the web) and suggested she come back and see her in six months!

Totally Awesome.I got state of the art advice on food intolerance and was able to identify several food problems I didn't know I had. There's no way I could have figured this out for myself, no matter how much Googling I did.
