They destroyed my favourite jacket by melting the buttons (destroying the fabric too). They said they followed the manufacturers instructions and so acted like they were doing a favour claiming the damages on their insurance. The jacket had been dry cleaned before so that excuse makes no sense. Then they never got back to me with payment to reimburse me for the jacket or even their fee. I would never use them again.

Lost 2 buttons off a new dress and wanted ME to buy new buttons to have them put back on. I would never use these again and would never recommend them to anyone. Very UNPROFESSIONAL !

This is the worst dry cleaning service - a $250 doona has been absolutely ruined and is now unusable. It went from a fluffy micropil filling to lumpy filling and even missing sections we were fobbed off once with we will fluff it up" and there was no change and then when asking again for it to be rectified fobbed off with "we followed the manufacturers directions".If the application fee didn't cost so much I would be considering taking this business to the small claims tribunal. I am disappointed and disgusted."

Absolutely disgusted with lack of customer service after being a loyal customer! After my partner paid for his new suit to be drycleaned they gave it to another customer and have denied any wrong doing! Not even an apology, you have lost my business for good!

I have used Dezzy's for about 6 years now for cleaning my suits and other items. Always great speedy service. They even fixed one of my suit jackets and did a fantastic job.
