Some really good value items here. I was surprised how much some pieces were discounted. Staff friendly, without being pushy or salesie. Variety of pieces are good. They get new stock in each Thursday so Friday’s are the best day to visit.

Very helpful and cooperative staff. They tried their best to help me find me.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with this outlet and company. Very disappointed in their lack of ability to resolve an issue with the brand new lounge purchased from their store. Avoid this store and go somewhere else.

Most disappointed with the delivery changes, we intended to purchase 2 items 1x TV unit and a small arm chair, we where told they had to be delivered, delivery charges $140 for the items, why so much because they come from different warehouses

I would highly recommend the Nick Scali Clearance Campbelltown store, I purchased 2 lounges ( Plush Santa Fe Noir, Nick Scali Vittorio ) worth approx. 8.5K during 4 separate trips to the store for our new house in Austral. The sales associate Fiona Johnston is an absolute bliss to do business with. She was very informative about the products, very clear in her communication regarding delivery procedures & was not at all pushy when it came to sales.One of the NS sofa had a small technical issue with the headrest that Fiona managed to get fixed for us & kept us informed all the way that there was no guarantee that it could be fixed but albeit she will give it a try, thanks Fiona. Fiona is very customer centric, gave amazing suggestions, was very cool when answering some of our pesky as well as stupid questions at times.Fiona, I would like to say a BIG THANKS to you for helping us out & kudos to the great work you do at the store day-in & day-out. I would like to also mention Skye who also pitched in & provided valuable inputs that helped us make informed decisions when it came to such big ticket purchases.I will come down to the store before Christmas for the in-person thanksgiving. We are family now :).

Sales person who name is Skye is the best sales person ever. She is nice and gentle and good communicate skills. We just made a decision to buy funiture because of her.The manager is also very kindly to help us. I recommend to my friend there. Thanks Skye

Stock is discontinued/floor clearance with some brand new pieces and damaged items. Good bargain if you find the right piece otherwise wait 1 week for new stock.

Always have good bargains, well worth checking if you're looking to buy a couch. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Do NOT go here, do NOT trust them.We went looking for a sofa. We found one for a very good price, however the reason it was so cheap was because it had “packaging marks”. Since it was an ivory sofa the marks were a little prominent, we thought against buying it. However, the sales associate promised us over and over and over again that this would be very “easy to get out”. Going off his word (stupidly looking back on it) we bought the sofa. We had 3 cleaners look at it and flatly refuse to touch it. We finally found a cleaner (from a very reputable company) to clean it, it has taken him 3 attempts . It was far from easy.Furthermore, we called nick scali before deciding on the cleaners , and they were of absolutely no help.Fair to say we will never be walking into this store ever again
