I'm a small business owner who has to leave his shop unmanned to run around the corner to get supplies. Most of the staff there are accommodating this except the lazy manager who will make you wait whilst smoking within the illegal distance of the pumps. Was wasting my time watching her do paperwork today, which she had to explain whilst I waited when I prompted urgency that I had to get back to my shop she said we won't be rushed here . I left the drink on the counter. I won't be wasting my time or money rushing you any more. To the rest of the great staff that work there have a merry Christmas. Turnover lost p/a approx 8000 dollars, of which over a third is profit. Reacon she does it to ten to twelve more customers, that's her wage , hmm if I was the owner I wouldn't take the chance.
