I have suffered with severe eczema and medical issues for as long as i can remember. Kate has guided me through step by step and resolved so many of my medical issues with natural therapy. Easy to say Kate has changed my life. Could not recommend her more to anyone.My eczema is nearly gone and i can identify the cause when have an inflammation due to Kates guidance. I am now off all pharmaceutical medication that i have been on my whole life and this is all thanks to Kate.

Kate is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. I came to visit Kate because I have a severe fructose intolerance; we’re only 3 months in and I’ve already been able to start trying fruits without a reaction! And not only this, overall my body is also feeling better and more energetic with the right guidance from Kate. Highly recommend if you want to get your body on the right track!

I came to see Kate as I was suffering from severe fatigue, anxiety and depression. My GP's kept dismissing me saying I was fine and that it was just my mental health. Kate took one look at my test results and said I'm deficient in multiple things and that was the reason I was sleeping 13 hours a day and had no energy to live. Kate gave me all these supplements and within 3 days I was sleeping 9 hours a night, able to work again and carry out my daily activities. She's also helped me decrease my antidepressants which I've been on for 3 years. Kate has given my life back to me, I couldn't recommend her more, she's amazing!
