Same-Day Rubbish Removal

VERY UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL Booked a pick up of rubbish removal for the following day. They never showed up. Didn’t respond to any messages when I chased. When I finally got someone on the phone the next morning they promised someone would be here again that day & once again they didn’t show. I tried calling the driver & wouldn’t pick up. Tried the office, they said they’d call the driver & never called me back then wouldn’t take my calls. Complete waste of time. If I could give them 0 stars that would be more appropriate.

The two guys turned up on time, werer really polite and helpful, loaded everything up and shot off, all with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending this service, we found it great value for money and very convenient. We like it that they try and re-use as much as possible as well.

Communication was great right from the outset. The boys did a great job removing our din8ng suite. It was a difficult but they got it done. Would use again

Shocking experience. Called and made a booking for the following day and then called on the morning of the booking to confirm. Booking was confirmed. 10 mins after the scheduled arrival time, no show show so I called and phone was answered by someone else who said they didn't even have a record of the booking and the earliest they would get there was hours later. Gave them a second chance and booked for the same time the next morning and was assured all was Ok. Called the next morning and all confirmed. They then called back to say they will be hours later again! As I don't live in the home I wasted two days travelling there for nothing. Do not recommend.

In less than 24 hours from first contact all my rubbish had been hauled away. Staff was professional, polite, great communication. The guys on-site worked quickly and left everything neat. Highly recommend

We recently had a renovation done in our home and Same-Day Rubbish Removal helped us get rid of all the construction debris. Booked for 3pm. Took 2 hrs off work to be there and they did not show. Rebooked for 12 next day, again no show. After calling them yet again they said 1.30. Turned up at 3 and then tried to double the price for the couch from quoted $200 to $400. Told them to get back into their truck and .... off. Be vey careful with this lot! Would not recommend to anyone expecting a professional service that turns up on time and sticks to a quoted price

They were on time, professional and polite. They explained and provided a quote up front and then got straight in to it. Their pricing is very competitive, compared to other quotes I had and right from here!!
