Called up to get my golf gti serviced was quoted $350.00 when I went back to book was $1400.00 so I called ultra tune same service checked all items included as per log book was $720 so 1/2 price and doesn't void warranty how do you justify 100% markup.Mite as well service people at the service drop of wearing balaclavas.

Excellent service for purchase of a new car - highly recommend Nate and Troy who were amazing to deal with, went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely use their service again

The most appalling experience I have had trying to get my car serviced and brakes done. I firstly phoned up and booked the van in to get it serviced, the brakes done (as an orange light had started showing in the car with brake wear being the issue) and my passenger door fixed (an issue that has taken over two years to get sorted - this was at Nerang though). I turned up on the day and time and found that Robina did not have a loaner car available despite my having booked one due to my husband being extremely ill with stage 4 cancer (stated at the time of booking). So I left and returned home and wrote an email to Robina that has not been responded to. I then received a phone call to rebook the van and was told I would have to return to Nerang to get the door fixed as Robina had not assessed it. This was completely frustrating as 1. It is all over the notes what part was needed and 2. As stated previously my husband is extremely ill and any extra time is very hard to organise. So I turn up to Robina for the second time and during the day was called to be told a carbon filter clean was needed (or something like that). I agree assuming everything else will be done. How wrong I was. I get a call to pick up the van to find that the brakes were not done (despite me booking them in for that ( they had only ‘assessed’ them). The actual van literally tells you the issue and instead of fixing them Robina thought it more important to upsell me on the non essential carbon filter clean. Plus they then told me there was a battery defect! I had raised the issue of the car lagging when first starting at least twice with Nerang. So Robina tells me the battery has a defect but not during the day when it was getting serviced and could have been replaced- because of course it was more important to upsell me on the carbon filter clean. I then got told I would need to bring the van back again for the brakes at a cost of $918 and the battery. During the day I had severely injured my knee so I had a friend bring me back to pick up the van and did not address these issues in detail because I had to get to hospital. The staff member was absolutely lovely to me and should be commended for her customer service. However her service does not make up for the fact that I have spent actual years trying to get some of these issues resolved and I did not get urgently needed repairs done even though the van was booked in for them. Ironically I went next door to Auto Leaders and had the brakes done for $500 (nearly half the quoted price VW gave me and yes that included the rotors) and the battery replaced. I will never ever entrust my van to VW again after this experience. I cannot believe that 1. My brakes weren’t fixed and 2. If they had been I would have been charged almost double what I was at the mechanics next door. Shame on VW for their clear profiteering and total lack of regard for customer safety! PS the van was booked in under my married name of Gladwin not my maiden name as per the google review name.

Just purchased a new VW Multivan from Robina Volkswagen . Troy the salesman did a fantastic job finding the right VW Multivan for us without feeling pressurised . His knowledge of VW operations is exceptional and a pleasure to deal with.

Car ran perfectly well until I had it serviced ($850). The next day it broke down with a problem I never had before.

I strongly NOT recommend this shop to do your vehicle service!!!We finish the major service last week which included engine oil, oil filter, brake fluid, spark plug and DSG fluid. And after that we notice the engine light flash then feel the engine very rattle and speed drop down from 90 mph to 30 mph.And we found the rag under the brake fluid bottle, the brake fluid level over the maximum and RHF air box clip been bend.Please scan the fault code from ECM and solve the issue since we finish the serviceAnd we can hear the big Metal noise from engine when issue present. We’ve had a great experience purchasing our new car through Volkswagen Robina and Troy has been fantastic throughout the whole experience. We were always made to feel welcome and important, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Troy made sure he fulfilled our requirements and we ended up with our amazing new car. He went through everything in detail so that we left feeling confident. Great team who were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me in purchasing a new Tiguan. The experience and help were amazing, and they now have a customer for life! Cant fault them! Troy and the team are amazing!
